The Glinky Cottage Village near Pavlovsk

At present there is a construction trend for site development of cottages in the environs of Saint Petersburg. Demand for such houses and estates outstripped supply long ago. Large companies, for example, seek to accommodate their executive stuff outside the noisy megapolis. To satisfy this wish it is essential first to acquire full, official ownership and land rights, to provide the estates with all technical networks and, only then, to build the house of your dreams.

In 2005 Stroysvet Group started to realize such a project. The area of 28 hectares was chosen on the border of the Pushkin district of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad region. The decision was brought about by the positive ecological situation in the area, by low building-density and by the site’s closeness to Saint Petersburg: 15 minutes to the outer ring road, 20 minutes to the metro service, and 40 minutes to Nevsky Prospect (the centre of the city).
