New town houses’ complex Kouzminskoye plateau

Following the successful beginnings of constructing low-rise buildings in the Pushkin town area, a new microdistrict is planned to be erected on Kouzminskoye road. At the beginning of the 20th century, at the decree of Nicolas II, a vast complex of buildings of various functions were built in ancient Russian style around the Feodorovsky cathedral, on the lands of Kouzminskoye plateau. These buildings were intended to create an atmosphere of the original national park in the northern part of Tsarskoye Selo.

That very site was chosen by Stroysvet group for realizing a challenging project of town houses. A complex of modern town houses with advanced architectural and floor-planning concepts will be located here on the 0.72 hectare plot. The development will be formed of three five-flat houses and a six-flat, all with advanced comfort conditions. The walls will be made of brick. The living space of the flats is determined by the project plans and varies from 140 to 270 square metres. A strip of land is provided for every flat. Two-storey flats are provided with built-in garages equipped with automatic gates. The height of the ceilings are not less than 3 metres.

Interior finishing will be completed according to the customers’ desires. Heating and hot water supply systems are planned to be individually installed. For electricity supply a copper triple-core cable is provided. The customers have an opportunity to be connected to telephone landlines, cable and satellite television and Internet access with closed (on-call) circuit. The territory of the complex will be looked after in a proper way with its own service maintenance and round-the-clock security.

The complex is conveniently situated in the park area, and is 500 metres from the State Museum Tsarskoye Selo, 500 metres from Babolovsky park, 800 metres from the projected Tsarskoselsky golf club, and 700 metres to Feodorovsky cathedral. Airport can be reached in 15 minutes. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to the centre of Saint Petersburg.

Prices vary according to the sizes of flats: 140 sq. m. – 11 mlln. rubles; 180 sq. m. – 14 mln. rubles; 195 sq. m. – 15 mln. rubles; 270 sq. m. – 20 mln. rubles.
